The rental price inculdes:
The price is based on double occupancy. The rental price includes all preparation fees, taxes, basic insurance,
bedding, towels, dishes, pots & pans, kitchen utensils, cutlery, camping chairs, and a first aid kit, among other items.
Additional person kits are charged with only $50 per person.
 
All prices are shown in Canadian dollars.
7% provincial tax (PST) and 6% federal tax (GST) must be added to all prices.
The minimum rental period is 15 days.
We will accept shorter rentals for a $150 fee.
For pick up and drop off on a Saturday we will add a weekend fee of $75.
Our office is closed on Sundays.
 
Special discounts:
5 % Early-bird discount for bookings made and paid in full before 15. January.
5 % Long-term discount for bookings longer than 28 days.
10 % Long term rental for bookings over 42 days.
Maximum discount is 10 %.


Mileage packages:
100 km per day are included in the prices listed above.
Mileage package 1: 500 km for $135
Mileage package 2: 1000 km for $260
Additional mileage will be charged at 29¢ per km.

Liability Insurance:
Up to $5,000,000 = $4,000 deductible for collision damage. 
Premium of $17 per day (max. $640) plus taxes, reduces deductible to $600. 
Deposit: The amount of the deductible in effect, must be deposited with us prior to your departure,
and will be refunded when the vehicle is returned complete with all equipment in clean and undamaged condition.
If a credit card is used, any associated fees charged by your bank will be your responsibility. 
 
We recommend travel-plan cancellation insurance.

Upon request, we will send you a copy of the terms and conditions of our rental agreement.
